"It’s a decent deal for what you pay..."
It’s a decent deal for what you pay, which is nice because I wasn’t exactly blown away. It does the job well enough, but I was expecting a little more.

"Not a lot to pick from"
I had a look around asc-es.com, but the selection felt limited. I kept clicking around thinking maybe I was missing another section or something, but there just wasn’t much variety. After a bit I gave up and went looking elsewhere.

"Confusing site that didn’t feel worth the risk"
I found the website frustrating to use. The menus weren’t very clear, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic information. A few pages were slow or didn’t load properly for me, which made me a little hesitant to keep going.
It feels like the site needs a proper update. When a website is that clunky, I start worrying about making mistakes or missing something important, so I ended up giving up after a while because it felt like more hassle than it should be.

"Not quite accurate enough for our project"
I was really hoping asc-es.com would be a good fit for us, especially because a colleague of mine had mentioned them before. Unfortunately, the parts we received weren’t as consistent as we needed. A few measurements seemed just a bit off, but enough to create extra rework on our end. Their support team was polite and tried to help, but the delays still ended up slowing our project down more than expected.

"Decent, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered this from asc-es.com during my lunch break because I’d been meaning to replace my old one for weeks, and it’s fine. Nothing super exciting, but it feels decent enough and it’s been working the way it’s supposed to so far.
When I looked at it up close, a couple details did seem a little cheaper than I hoped, and there was a tiny mark in the finish. It’s not a huge deal, and I’m not losing sleep over it, but for the price I thought it might feel a bit more polished. Overall, not bad, just average.

I ordered from ASC-ES and overall it turned out okay. The item did arrive in good condition, and when I reached out to support, they did get back to me, which I appreciated.
The main downside for me was the lead time. It took longer than I expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way, so I felt like I was just kind of waiting and wondering what was going on.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t one I’d call great. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine, but I’d definitely plan ahead so you’re not left feeling impatient or unsure.

"Mostly right, just a little off"
I ordered a few things from asc-es.com. Most of it showed up the way I expected. The main items were correct, which was the part I cared about most. So that was fine. No big drama there.
But one smaller item wasn’t the one I picked. Kind of annoying. Not the end of the world, just something I had to sort out after. Overall, it was an okay experience. I just wish they’d double-check the order a bit better before sending it out.

The packaging was really disappointing. The box showed up crushed, the tape was barely holding on, and everything inside looked like it had been thrown around in transit. Like, the corners were smashed, the flaps were loose, the items weren’t secured, and it just felt careless overall. I’ve gotten plenty of packages before that were wrapped better, taped better, padded better, even just packed in a way that made it look like someone tried. Expected a lot better, honestly.

I reached out to tech support thinking they’d be able to walk me through the issue, but it felt like they were a bit lost too. I don’t want to be too harsh because they were polite enough, but the whole conversation just kind of went in circles and I ended up feeling like I knew about as much as they did, which wasn’t great.

i tried asking a simple question before placing an order, but the sales rep was slow to get back and came off kind of rude. every reply was short and not really helpful, like they just wanted to pass me off instead of answering. i eventually just gave up. not a great first impression...

"I had to return one item..."
I had to return one item and get a replacement, and to be fair, it did get sorted out in the end. But the whole thing took longer than it should have because replies were slow and I had to keep chasing it up. What annoyed me most was how the return policy seems to have these little loopholes that make things more complicated than necessary. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I expected.

I reached out to asc-es.com with a simple question about my order, and yeah, they did get back to me eventually, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not ages, but long enough that I started wondering if my message had just disappeared into the void.

The person who replied was polite, so I’ll give them that, and they answered most of what I asked. But the first response felt kind of rushed, like they skimmed my message and picked the easiest part to respond to. So then I had to send a follow-up, which is always a little annoying when the whole point of contacting support is to get things cleared up the first time.

Overall, it wasn’t a disaster or anything, just very average. They were nice enough, but the slow response and vague first reply made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. If they were quicker and a bit more thorough upfront, I’d rate them higher.

"Warranty support was such a hassle"
Dealing with the warranty was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Why did it take so long to get a reply?? And why did I feel like I was just being passed from one person to another instead of actually getting help?? I thought it would be a quick, simple fix, but it turned into a huge headache. After this experience, I really don’t see myself buying from them again.

"They made their compliance info way too hard to verify"
I tried to check their compliance certificates before trusting them with my stuff, but they didn’t make it easy at all. Everything felt vague, and I couldn’t find clear answers where I expected them to be. that’s on them — if they want people to feel confident, they need to be upfront about this kind of thing. I’m not comfortable moving forward with them.
